What is chiropractic?
Chiropractic is the practice of using “spinal manipulation” (often in the form of manual chiropractic adjustments) as well as other alternative, non-surgical treatments and techniques to offer patients not only instant but lasting, long-term relief from pain or discomfort caused by spine-related issues.
Ever since Daniel David Palmer restored a deaf man’s hearing through a chiropractic adjustment, chiropractors have been changing lives for the better.
Fun fact: Chiropractors are the 3rd most visited healthcare professionals in the United States. Every year, millions of people just like you visit "chiros" like us to find relief from pain, restore health, and increase their quality of life.

What exactly do chiropractors do?Chiropractors are doctors that use manual spinal manipulations (so-called “adjustments”) to re-align your spine in order to trigger, facilitate, and accelerate the body’s own natural healing mechanism. The result? Your body functions optimally again. This usually manifests in the form of pain relief or pain reduction helping you re-gain or boost your qualify of life.
When should you go to a chiropractor?Chiropractors are most commonly seen for chronic lower back pain or chronic neck pain. However, even severe issues such as whiplash, carpal tunnel, scoliosis, and more can be effectively treated through chiropractic therapy. If you have been experiencing back pain or discomfort for days, consult a chiropractor for an assessment
Who should not see a chiropractor?Chiropractic therapy is NOT for people with physical abnormalities, fractures, or severe injuries. Folks with osteoporosis or even general fragile health might want to double-check with their primary physician.
What do chiropractors do on the first visit? At your first visit, you will provide your medical history so that we are fully aware of your limitations (if any) and overall current state of health. After a full review, we will further examine you and your spine’s health. Sometimes, if necessary, this is followed by an X-ray. If we find that you are a good candidate for chiropractic therapy, we will perform an adjustment to get your spine re-aligned. Last but not least, we will most likely give you exercises that you can do yourself at home to break bad habitual patterns (bad posture, etc.) and get you back to health.
How often should you have chiropractic? The vast majority of people will greatly benefit from seeing a chiropractor once or twice a month to re-align your spine. Other patients might need less, others more. It really depends on the individual and the state they're in at the time.
What do I wear to the chiropractor?Something comfortable. Your clothes should not limit movement.
